Perfect Pancakes
Makes: 6-8 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 150g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 125ml milk
- 125ml water
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Mix eggs, milk and water
together in a jug. Slowly add to the dry ingredients. Stir until mixture is
smooth and free of lumps.
2. Cover and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat pan, grease well with butter.
4. When the pan is hot, pour 2-3 tablespoons of pancake
mixture into pan, swirling batter evenly around pan. Flip when golden.
5. Eat.
